Sentro ("we", "us") provides a live chat widget that SaaS founders embed on their own websites. This policy explains what data the widget collects, why, and what rights visitors have over it.
Sentro.identify(), we also receive whatever it sends — typically name, email, and account details like plan or MRR.Solely to let the founder of the site you're on see who they're talking to and reply with relevant context. We don't sell data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Message content and the account context above may be sent to Anthropic (Claude) to draft a suggested reply. Drafts are never sent to you automatically — the founder always reviews and sends them personally.
You can ask the founder of the site you were chatting on to permanently delete your data — your visitor record, conversations, messages, and activity history. They can do this directly from their inbox at any time.

This page is a good-faith description of how Sentro actually handles data — it is not a substitute for legal advice, and a founder using Sentro on a site with real users should have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it, especially for GDPR/CCPA-specific obligations (data processing agreements, retention periods, lawful basis, etc.).
